Job Description:

As MainStreaming continues to grow, we are on the lookout for talented individuals to join us in advancing our technology and processes. To support our global expansion, we seek an Office Assistant to join our team in Milan. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing front office activities such as greeting visitors, handling inbound calls, and managing correspondence;
  • Performing general secretarial duties, including organizing meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Overseeing office management tasks, including supplier relations and inventory management (from stationery to snack, drinks and coffee);
  • Reviewing and organizing company documents in both physical and digital formats;
  • Providing support for routine administrative tasks across the Staff functions.

Skills:

  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar roles or in customer care contexts.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
