Job Description:
MainStreaming is in a scaling phase, our team is going to expands internationally and the heart of our product the R&D team is looking for new talents to join us. In order to improve everyday our platform we are looking for a Technical Project Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Management, planning and control the projects development in terms of feasibility analysis;
- Meet business requirements on schedule and expectations of both internal and external customer;
- Comprehension of the goals and setting the project’s milestones;
- Management of technical/functional analysis and software development;
- Ensure the quality and the performance of the code;
- Planning of software testing and risk management activities with the aim of identifying risks, and propose solutions and coordinate actions to reduce them;
- Management of the workload within the group;
- Organization of regular meetings with all stakeholders involved in the project, for progress updates;
- Verification of the achieved goals;
- Ensuring good communication and managing conflicts within the work group.

Skills
- 8+ years proven experience in software development;
- 3+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successfully delivered projects for a wide range of customers; experience managing and working on enterprise scale projects;
- Proficiency in one or more web development languages, methodologies, and / or architectures .NET, C #, J2EE..
- Detailed knowledge of Internet technologies and considered a subject matter expert in relevant internet topic.
- Experience in team management;
- Strong skills in Software Quality Assurance, test automation tools and CONTINOUS DELIVERY;
- Excellent organization and planning skills;
Nice to have:
- PMI certification;
- knowledge of CDN (Content Delivery Network) technologies and infrastructures;
- Knowledge of the Streaming & Broadcasting Technologies;
- Previous experience in ISP / Telco environment.
